Fisher Investments and John Wiley & Sons, Inc. launched Fisher Investments Press to offer investing education for a wide and diverse audience. The investment series will offer the full spectrum of investors, from novices to professionals, a set of tools to help them become better investors.
Why Fisher Investments Press?
The new publishing imprint is based on the success of Ken Fisher’s best-selling investment book, The Only Three Questions That Count: Investing by Knowing What Others Don’t, published by Wiley in December 2006. It will draw on the expertise and experience of Fisher Investments and Ken Fisher to deliver 30 new titles over the next 5 years. The money management knowledge of Fisher Investments combined with Wiley’s distribution network makes for a powerful combination to launch a business imprint.
Cutting-edge initiatives like this have propelled Wiley to the forefront of business publishing. Known for successful brands such as For Dummies® and Frommer's®, Wiley will work closely with Fisher Investments to build a distinctive brand identity.
Ken Fisher's Ten Roads to Riches
Wiley published Ken Fisher’s most recent book, The Ten Roads to Riches, a New York Times best seller. It illustrates the various methods of wealth accumulation – from old-fashioned saving to inheritance to business enterprise. Making your first $30 million isn’t all that difficult and most rich people have accomplished their wealth in one of ten ways. Ken outlines these 'roads', and gives readers insights on how they too can achieve this type of wealth.
Future Fisher Investments Press Titles
In 2009, Fisher Investments Press is scheduled to release, Own The World: How Smart Investors Create Global Portfolios, aimed at helping investors maximize performance in a global market. It will also release 20/20 Money: See the Markets Clearly, Gain Focus and Invest Better than the Pros, aimed at helping investors see markets clearly and navigate turbulent times.
Fisher Investments Press Sector Guides
In February 2009, The Fisher Investments On series launched with two new titles. This series of "how-to" guides will cover eleven investing sectors with a methodology for analyzing and investing in them.
